Classification and Evaluation on Capacity of Technological Innovation for a Country

建立了国家技术创新能力评价指标体系 ,分别运用模糊聚类法和加权平均法 ,对 2 8个国家(地区 )技术创新情况和能力进行了分类和评价 ,其中加权平均法中的指标权重是根据相关分析确定的 .通过分析评价得出了一些有价值的结论 .

In this paper, evaluation indexes on capacity of technological innovation for a country is built. The situation and capacity of technological innovation for 28 countries (region) are classified and evaluated respectively by fuzzy clustering and averaging with weights which are determined based on correlation analysis. Some valuable conclusions are deduced.
