FcγR基因多态性与系统性红斑狼疮相关性研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 FcγR家族有三群 (CD6 4、CD32、CD16 ) ,其中FcγRIIa、IIIa、IIIb存在基因多态性 ,并因此影响FcγR对抗体的亲和力 ,被认为与SLE发病过程中免疫复合物清除障碍有关 ,导致SLE和狼疮肾炎的发生。在不同种族人群中的研究存在不同的结果 ,但仍然可以认为 。
