摘要
目的 建立大鼠 85 %肝切除致急性肝功衰竭模型。方法 通过单纯结扎法和双重结扎法切除大鼠肝左叶、中叶和右上叶 ,建立急性肝衰模型。观察肝功改变和术后 12h生存率。结果 12h生存率结扎法是 4 / 5 (2 6 7% ) ,双重结扎法为 14/ 15 (93 3% )。肝衰组肝功改变显著 (与对照组相比P <0 0 5 )。结论 术中失血是单纯结扎法造成大鼠死亡原因 ,双重结扎法可以减少术中出血 。
Objective To establish acute hepatic failure model in rats with resection of 85% liver tissue. Methods The left lobe, median lobe and right lobe were resected by single ligation and double ligation respectively. 12 h survival rate and alteration of liver function were investigated. Results 12 h survival rate of double ligation method was significantly higher than single ligation method (P<0.01). Conclusion The main cause of rat death was the loss of blood using single ligation during operation. Double ligation reduced the loss of blood and improved the survival rate.
