目的 总结各类手外伤早期处理的措施及预后。方法 回顾性分析 130例各类手外伤资料。结果 手外伤早期处理注意创面清创 ,骨折治疗 ,肌腱修复 ,血管和神经损伤的修复。结论 手外伤早期处理应针对具体病例。

Objective To summarize the methods and prognosis of varied hand injury treatments. Methods The 130 cases of varied hand injury data were analyzed retrospectively. Results The debridement of wound surface, treatment of bone fracture, repair of tender and management of blood vessel and nerve should be paid much attention to in hand injury. Conclusion The early treatment of hand injury should be taken in all aspects according to varied kinds of hand injury and special situation.
