基质金属蛋白酶和组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂与脑血管病的关系 被引量:5

摘要 细胞外基质 (ECM)是一种多能蛋白和糖蛋白的复合体 ,基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP)是一种降解基底膜 (ECM)成分的锌依赖性酶 ,该酶与脑缺血和再灌注有密切关系。组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂 (TIMP) ,可减轻缺血和再灌注损伤。
