摘要 目的:评价颞叶钩间距测量对诊断Alzheimer病(AD)的价值。方法:对14名可能的AD患者和20名年龄、性别、受教育程度相匹配的正常者为对照组,进行MRI扫描,测量两组颞叶钩间距,并全部行简易精神状态量表(MMSE)检查。结果:AD组 MRI测量的颞叶钩间距较正常对照组明显增大,两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05)。钩间距与AD的认知功能损害显著相关。结论:颞叶钩间距的测量有助于AD明确诊断。 Objective: To evaluate the measurement of interuncal distance of temporal lobe with MRI in the diagnosis of Alzheimer Disease. Methods: Fourteen patients with Alzheimer disease (AD) and 20 matched normal controls were examined with MRI, and mini-mental state examinations (MMSE) were performed. Results: The average interuncal distance of temporal lobe on MRI in AD group was wider than that in control group (P<0.05). Significant correlation was observed between the interuncal distance and MMSE. Conclusion: The measurement of interuncal distance of temporal lobe on MRI is helpful for the diagnosis of AD.
