摘要
目的 :了解病人认为哪些护理行为具有较强的关怀性 ,为护士更好地对病人实施关怀提供依据。方法 :用修正的关怀行为评价 (CaringBehaviorAssessment)量表 ,对从内、外、妇、心血管内科抽取的 2 40名住院病人进行调查。结果 :①病人认为人道主义方面的护理行为 (如善良周到、尊重病人等 )具有最强的关怀性 ,满足基本需要的技术性护理行为次之 ;而某些以管理者的要求和医院的规章制度为准则的行为较少具有关怀性。②病人对某些行为关怀性的评价因其性别、年龄、婚姻状况及文化程度而具有差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :从病人的角度出发 ,体现病人的独特性、给病人以尊重的护理行为能给病人最大程度的关怀。
Objective:To identify what nursing behaviors were important,which is perceived by hospitalized patients. Method: 240 convenience patient samples were selected from general medical, surgical, obstetric and cardiovascular ward. The modified Caring Behavior Assessment (CBA) instrument was used to interview the subjects. Results: ① The highest indicator of nurse caring was humanistic behaviors followed by nurses' technique competence; whereas the nurse activities focusing on the hospital rule were of little importance of caring. ② There were statistically significant differences in the perceptions of importance of nurse caring behaviors among the patients' demographic data such as gender, marriage, educational background. Conclusion: Nursing activities which emphasizing the patient's individuality and showing respects can convey the greatest caring to the patient.
