高效液相色谱法测定炎痛净乳膏中双氯芬酸钠和苯佐卡因的含量

Simultaneous determination of diclofenac sodium and benzocain in Yantongjing cream by HPLC

目的 :测定炎痛净乳膏中双氯芬酸钠和苯佐卡因的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,甲醇为提取溶剂 ,地西泮为内标 ,Nova-Pak C1 8色谱柱 ,甲醇 -水 -冰醋酸 (80∶ 2 0∶ 0 .5 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 83 nm。结果 :双氯芬酸钠和苯佐卡因在 5 μg/ ml～40 μg/ ml范围内 ,其浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率分别为 10 1.0 % ,RSD=1.2 1% ;99.8% ,RSD= 0 .62 %。结论 :本法专属性强 ,操作简便 。

OBJECTIVE: To separate and determine diclofenac sodium and benzocain in yantongjing cream. METHODS: A HPLC method was used. Chromatographic conditions included Nova pak C 18 column, mobile phase of methanol water glacial aceti acid (80∶20∶0.5) and detector wavelength of 283nm. Diazepam was used as internal standard. RESULTS: Peak area and concentration had good linear relationship in the range of 5μg/ml^40μg/ml for diclofenac sodium and benzocain ( r =0.9999). The average recoveries of diclofenac sodium and benzocain were 101.0% (RSD=1.21%) and 99.8% (RSD=0.62%). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, sensitive and accurate.
