摘要
对TiO_2/Pt半导体隔片光电化学电池(SC-SEP)所做的实验表明:光池溶液的pH、暗池溶液中的氧化还原电对以及两池中的暗电极,对电池的开路电压、光生电压、短路光电流和光伏安特性有影响;电池的稳定性依赖于半导体隔片的耐腐性和两池中界面反应的性质;通过选择合理的电池体系,SC-SEP的光电性能比单隔室光电化学电池(PEG)优越。
In this papel,it is shown that the open circuit voltage,photovoltage,short circuit photocurrent and the photovolt-current characteristic are influenced by the pH of solution in light compartment,the redox couple in dark compartment and the kind of dark electrodes in both compartments.Stability of cell depends on corrosion resistance of semiconductor septum and on nature of interface reactions.By choosing suitable system of cell,the performances of semiconductor septum electrochemical photocell (SC-SEP) could be superior to photoelectrochemical cell(PEC) of the single-compartment construe tion.
