高效厌氧消化器处理养猪场废水的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文报道了一种全混—推流厌氧消化器处理养猪场废水的结果,着重介绍了数学模型及与全混工艺的比较。试验表明,这种消化器处理养猪废水效率高,运行稳定可靠,当进料浓度TS为5%—6.5%,S_0=48—54.6kgVS/m^3,运行温度35±2℃,水力滞留期θ=20天时,其平均产甲烷率可达1.13±0.11m^3。CH_4/m^3·天,0.43±0.04m.3CH_4/kgVS fed。 The satisfactory results were obtained when the anaerobic digestion system with two processes of complete mixed and plug-flow was used in the treatment of swine manure.Meanwhile the mathematical model of the new process was set up comparing with the comcplete mixed process.The results show that the new digestion system is effective and stable.The mathane production rate is 1.13 + 0.1 lm3CH4/m.3 day and 0.43±0.04m3CH4/kgVS fed (TS:5%~6.5%,S0=48-54.6kgVS/m3,temperature:35°±2℃,HRT θ=20days).
