摘要
本文报道了葡萄糖浓度对Clostridium butyricum A69氢气产量及吸氢氢酶和放氢氢酶活力的影响。葡萄糖浓度增加,使细菌生长的延滞期和细菌的对数生长期延长,氢气产量增加,但两种酶的活力基本不受影响。
In this paper,the effect of glucose concentration on hydrogen production and hydro-genase activity of Clostridium butyricum A69 was studied.With the increase of glucose concentration,the lag phase prolonged.Meanwhile the exponential phase and hydrogen production increased.But the hydrogenase activity kept constant.
