摘要
采用电热元件对具有多层Al-N/Al吸收表面的玻璃真空集热管长时间分别在100℃、200℃与300℃下加热,测定其管内压强、热损与吸收表面发射率变化。用四极滤质器对加热后的集热管内残余气体作了分析,表明有一定量的He气。用俄歇电子仪分析了吸收表面沿深度的化学组成。老化试验表明,玻璃真空集热管可以长期工作在200℃。
All-glass vacuum collector tubes with graded A1-N/A1 absorbing surfaces were heated using electrically thermal elements at 100℃.200℃ and 300℃ respectively.The pressures and heat losses of aged vacuum collector tubes,and thermal emittances of the absorbing surfaces were measured.Aged collector tubes contain nitrogen,argon and helium gases,etc.analysed by Quartra pole mass filter.The profile of aged absorbing surface was obtained by Auger spectroscopy.Ageing tests show that the glass vacuum collector tubes are able to operate at 200℃ in long term.
