摘要
本试验研完了碱金属对焦炭高温反应性能的影响。金属钾及其氧化物对焦炭与CO_2反应具有强烈的催化作用,它使焦炭反应性增加,反应后强度降低,焦炭质量劣化、同时还研究了硼族元素化合物硼酸对焦炭与CO_2碳素溶解反应的抑制作用,它提高了焦炭的抗碱性能,因而使焦炭的反应性降低,反应后强度增加,焦炭的高温性能得到改善。
The present test studies the alkali metal influence on the reactivity of the coke at high temperature The reaction of coke and CO_2 was catalyzed intensively by kalium and kali so that increases the reactivity of the coke and decrease the strength after reaction and deteriorate the coke quality. Meantime studies that the compound boric acid of the elements in the boron family can strongly restrain the dissolution reaction of coke and CO_2. It can increase alkali resistance of coke and decreases the teattivity of the coke and increase the strength after reaction, good at coke characterastic at high temperature.
