摘要 本文从分析和完善现行计算洪峰流量的经验公式入手、建立了合理的雨洪理论,即洪水的形成主要是与流域下垫面的特征及不同频率的暴雨有关,且暴雨与洪水之间成为非线性关系,在此基础上建立起理论物理模型的结构形式,最后提出了计算小流域洪水的经验公式,结果表明,该公式是可行、合理的。 Analysed and improved the flood peak flow computing experienced formula, this paper established a rational theoreatical ralatin between rainstorm and flood, that is the formation of flood has main ralation with the geographical characteristic of watershed and rainstorm at each probability, and the relation between rainstorm and flood is non-liner. On this basis established the structural form of theoreatical physical model, and suggested a experienced formula for computing little watershed flood. The result has improved that the experienced formula were rational and practicable.
