摘要 渣壁过渡是焊条金属熔滴理想的过渡形态。本文探讨了形成渣壁过渡的两个基本条件,并提出了钛型不锈钢焊条药皮成分,焊条外径影响熔滴过渡形态的关系图,以判断此类不锈钢焊条熔滴过渡形态,并指导其配方设计。 The flux-wall guided transfer is a kind of ideal form of metal-droplet transfer of covered electrodes.the basic formation conditions of which have been studied in this paper.A relational graph has been put out, on which the interrelations among chemical composition of the cover,metaldroplet transfer, coating thickness and the droplet size are shown. The graph is used to analyze the forms of metal-droplet transfer and guide the cover design of the electrodes.
