摘要
本文以KNO_3,Fe(NO_3)_3·_9H_2O,TiO_2为原料,通过固相反应,制备出高结晶度K-Fe-Ti层状金属氧化物。并详细考察了不同配比、不同反应时间以及不同反应温度对产品结晶度的影响,筛选出最佳合成条件。经过XRD,SEM,TG-DTA及BET表征,初步探讨了层状金属氧化物(简称为LMO)的基本性能。以乙二醇为分散体系,正已铵的插入,使LMO的面网间距由0.78nm增加到2.65nm.
Layered K-Fe-Ti metal oxide was obtained by a solid-state reaction of a mixture of KNO_3, Fe(NO_3)_3·9H_2O and TiO_2. The effects of material ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time were discussed. Suitable conditions for preparation were shown. XRD, SEM, TG-DTA and BET were used for the characterization of layered K-Fe-Ti metal oxide (LMO). The exchange of hexylammoniun ion was operated in ethlene glycol solution. After being intercalated, the d value of LMO increased from 0.78nm to 2.65nm.
