摘要
本文对中小模数直齿锥齿轮刨削的齿形误差产生的原因及规律进行了理论的分析研究,针对各种齿形误差导出相应的公式,使其便于计算调整,并通过实例得到验证。
This paper analyses and studies the reasons and laws of which the toothprofile error of middle and small model straight bevel gear in planning is produced. In accordance with variant tooth-profile errors, it deduces the corresponding formulas which make its calculating and adjusting convenient. All of above have been verified by practical examples.
