摘要
本文研究了焊后热处理对异种钢焊接用的Cr—Ni奥氏体不锈钢焊条熔敷金属韧性的影响,探讨了脆化行为及机理。结果表明,焊后热处理时,显微组织中碳化物和σ相的析出是冲击韧性急剧下降的主要原因。焊条合金系统不同时,脆性相析出的数量及分布不同,金属的脆化倾向各异。Cr20—Ni10—Mn6合金系统对σ相的转变有一定的抑制作用,熔敷金属的脆化倾向较小。
The effect of postweld heat treatment on the toughness of deposited metal with chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel electrode for dissimilar steel welding is studied. The brittle behavior and mechanism is also discussed. The results show that the main reason for steep decrement of impact toughness is derived from the carbides and sigma phase precipited in the microstructure during postweld heat treatment. The amount and distribution of embrittling phase precipited are not the same in different alloy system deposited metals, so that the embrittlement tendency is different. The embrittlement tendency with type Cr20Ni10Mn6 alloy system deposited metal is relatively. little because this alloy system can play a certain part to restrain the transformation of sigma phase.
