摘要
本文采用优化设计方法,以解放 CA10B 汽车转向梯形为例进行了设计计算.计算结果表明,在保证其它性能不变的前提下,通过优化设计,转向轮外轮转角的相对误差由原来的7.4%下降到了0.7%,轮胎磨损将大大减小.本文对汽车转向机构的设计具有参考价值.
This paper deals with the steerable trapezeid mechanism of CA10B vehicle.The calculated results show that the relative error of rotative angle of the steerable wheels is reduced by a factor of 10 without effect on other properties,which means that there will be much less wear and tear of the steerable wheels.It prevides a scientific basis and reference for the design and improvement of the steerable trapezeid mechanism.
