An Exploration of Basic Source Parameter for Yao'an M6.5 Earthquake on January 15 of 2001

基于云南地区三维速度图象和地震测深剖面等成果 ,在定量修正地壳介质横向不均匀性的基础上 ,计算了 2 0 0 1年 1月 15日姚安 5 .9、 6 .5级地震的震源基本参数 ;并探讨了造成震源基本参数 。

Based on the results of 3-D velocity pattern,seismic sounding in Yunnan and quantitatively correcting transverse inhomogeneity,we have calculated the basic source parameters of Yaoan M5.9 and M6.5 earthquakes,and explored the main cause generating the difference of source parameters,especially the difference of depth.
