Scientific thoughts reflect the scientist's and scientist group' essential cognition and thinking features to the studied objects. The scientific thought of characteristics of seismicity analysis and prediction is the summary of extensive practical experience of Chinese seismologists, and the combination of traditional Chinese though way with the approach of modern non liner systematic science,which includes rich contents,and sparkles wisdom.So it should be studied,carried on, enriched and developed.
