高岭土活化条件的选择及盐酸浸出过程的研究

Studies on the Actwation and Extraction of Al_2O_3 with Hydrochloride acid From kaolin

本文研究了高岭土的活化和盐酸浸取过程中,温度、酸浓度等诸因素的影响并找出了较佳的工艺参数。

The activation and extraction of kaolin of Al2O3 from activated kaolin have been studied. Experimetal results showed that kaolin could be easily activated for extraction of A12O3,activation temperature for five sampes has been found to be 700?0癈. When 15-20% hydrochloric acid is used,the liquid's'lid ratio is 2:l,time of leaching is 2 hours,the basity of solutions is over 20% and the extraction yield is 60-80%.
