The theory that how to access spatial data of GIS into RDBMS is described in this paper,as well the way of storing both attribute data and spatial data in the same Database Table.By researching the resolution provided by Oracle Spatial,the theory that handles two type of data together in RDBMS is also studied in detail.A development technology based on such resolution and how to do it more efficiently are also provided.
