摘要
本文介绍了国内外含酚废水处理的发展动向;讨论了用廉价的TBP为萃取剂,以D370大孔树脂和矿物资源麦饭石为交换吸附剂,采用单床和混合床相结合的方法,对酚酞生产车间含酚废水的处理效果进行了研究;探讨了萃取剂与煤油及萃取剂与污水配比对除酚率的影响,并选出最佳萃取条件,使废水含酚量由750ppm降至0.5ppm以下,达到了国家有关排放标准.对麦饭石作了x射线衍射分析,得到了物相分析结果.
This Paper gives a brief introduction of the developing trend of treating the waste water containing phenol home and abroad. It discusses the effect comparison by using cheap TBP as extracting reagent, and D370 wide-aperture resin and mineral resources Maifanshi as exchanging absorbent, and adopting the method of combining single-bed and mixing-bed. It explores the influence on the efficiency of removing phenol with extracting reagent and kerosene and with extracting reagent and waste water. As a result, the best extracting condition is selected. The amount of phenol in waste water decreases from 750 ppm to below O.5ppm, so as to arrive at the state-stipulated draining standard. X-ray diffraction analysis is done to Maifanshi and matter-phase analytical result is obtained.
