摘要
冲击信号的可靠检测与记录是一个重要的研究领域,文章以内置于炮弹弹丸内部的能够检测和记录瞬时膛压信息的嵌入式系统为研究内容,针对炮弹发射时膛压变化曲线测试和记录这一技术难题,提出了对单次冲击信号采用“循环采集、触发记录”的新方法,成功的解决了传统的铜柱测试法只能确定爆炸峰值压力、不能测出爆炸过程P-T曲线、无法求出增压时间及火药燃烧速率等问题,介绍了用非易失性新型快速存储器件FRAM将数据长期可靠保存的实用电路、该系统不仅适合于爆炸主体P-T过程的测试,还可用于多种瞬态参量的测试。
The precise measurement of the impulse signal of the pressure in the bore of the cannonball when explodingbas always been a technology problem. A new way of such tueasurement based on embedded microprocessor is introduced.By periodically sampling and recording the signal when the circulator is triggered,the impulse signal can be measured ef-fectively and precisely. The FRAM components are also used in the system to save the information for future use.
