摘要
本研究利用界面化学反应速率和传质速率的动态平衡理论,测定了具有双排蛇管的蝶形底硝化器在液液湍流搅拌分散系统中不同工况下的液滴平均直径(Sauter直径)d_(32).关联出了d_(32)与相比、转速、搅拌桨叶直径之间的关系式.由关联式中各参数随硝化器体积的变化规律,确定了硝化反应器的最佳中试规模.
In this study, according to the dynamic equilibrium principle of the surface chemical reaction rale and the material transmitting rate in two phases, the average liquid drop diameter d_(32), (Sauter diameter) in simulated stired nitrator was deterrained under different conditions. The equations related to phase ratio, rotating speed as wellas impeller diameter were given. The best pilot volume of the nitrator was obtained by the changing law of parameters with the volume change of the nitrator.
