电力已成为我国最重要的能源 ,由于经济利益的驱使 ,采用各种技术手段进行非法窃电的现象经常发生。本文采用矢量分析的方法对用电状态进行实时监测 ,能准确、及时地识别并记录窃电时间、窃电方式和窃电量 ,通过查询。

Electric power has become the most important energy sources in our country.Driven by the economic profit,stealing electricity illegally by all kinds of technical means happens frequently.A method based on vector analysis is adopted for real time monitoring the state of the electricity which has been used.The stealing time,the stealing amount of electricity and the way by which the electricity has been stolen can be identified and recorded properly and timely.The results can be output by querying,printing and remote sending.
