摘要
本文以Zn-Al为研究对象,通过正交设计试验和单因素试验,考察了有害杂质元素铅、锡、铁和微量元素镁及其交互作用对锌铝合金机械性能和腐蚀老化的影响,提出Zn-Al的杂质元素铅、铁允许含量可适当放宽(与ASTMB699-82标准规定相比),对实际生产有一定的指导意义,并对元素的影响机理进行了探讨。
In this paper , SEM , TEMand EPMA are used to make further study in the appearance of fracture, microstructure and microdistribution of composition. The relationship between microstructure and property is analysed. The affection mechanism of Fb, Sn, F e, Mg on the mechanical property, corrosion and ageing of ZA27 alloy is tentatively approched.
