摘要
在分析国际上影响最为深远的质量管理标准ISO9000的基础上，针对我国软件产业的现状，提出了一个在软件组织贯彻实施ISO9000标准，以达到软件质量和软件过程管理的实施模型。
Based on analyzing the situation of Chinese software industry and ISO9000 international standard,this paper focus on how to carry out the ISO9000 in the Chinese software organizations,and provide a framework of software quality platform. will help the software organizations to improve their software quality by advanced software processes management.
