三孔法超声腹腔镜胆囊切除术250例

THREE HOLE METHOD LAPAROSCOPIC CHOLE- CYSTECTOMY WITH LAPAROSCOPIC ULTRA- SONOGRAPHY:A REPORT OF 250 CASES

目的 评价三孔法超声腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床应用价值.方法250例胆囊结石及息肉病人(伴发急性胆囊炎28例),采用以色列Sharplan超声腹腔镜系统以改良三孔法行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,术中常规腹腔镜超声检查45例,观察治疗效果.结果 平均术时37min,手术成功率99.2%,并发症发生率0.4%,无死亡率.结论 三孔法超声腹腔镜胆囊切除术较传统四孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术更安全,效果更佳.

Objective : To evaluate the three hole method laparoscopic cholecystec-tomy(LC) with larparoscopic ultrasonography (LapUS).Methods:250 patients with calculus and polyp of gallbladder (M:F = 1:2.52,28 cases with acute cholecystitis)were performed with three hole method LC by sharplan laparoscopic ultrasonography system. LapUS has been used in 45 patients during operation, the treament effect of patients was observated. Results: The operative duration was 37 min. The operative finishing rate was 99.2%. The complication was 0.4%.The death rate was zero. Conclusion:The effect of three hole method LC with lapUS was better than conventional LC.
