摘要
采用高效液相色谱法对甲氧虫酰肼进行定量分析。该方法操作简便,快速准确,标准偏差为0.52,变异系数为0.46%,回收率为99.7%。
A method is introduced for quantitative deterimination of methoxyfenozide by HPLC. The method was rapid, simple and accurate. The results showed that standard deviation was 0.52, the coefficient of variation was 0.46% and average recovery was 99.7%.
