介绍了一种改性丁腈 - 40橡胶改性多官能环氧树脂耐热胶粘剂 ,通过采用混合丙烯酸酯作为硫化剂硫化丁腈橡胶 ,克服了丁腈 - 40橡胶耐热性能差的缺点 ,使其耐热性能接近羧基丁腈橡胶。该胶具有较低的成本和良好的耐热性能 ,可在 180℃使用 ,用于航空。
This is a kind of epoxy heat-resisted adhesive modified with modified NBR-40.Using mixed acrylate as a vulcanizater the NBR was vulcanized,so the adhesive has good heat-resisted property than NBR modified epoxy heat-resisted adhesive.And the adhesive has lower cost and is as good as carboxy nitrile rubber modified epoxy heat-resisted adhesive.It can be used at 180 ℃ and has been used in aeronautic and aerospace industry.
