Synthesis of a acrylic emulsion YZ-Z11A for non-woven fabrics with fire retardation

以苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯为聚合单体 ,加入功能单体、纳米级阻燃胶体、乳化剂等进行乳液聚合制成本乳液。用本乳液生产的无纺布具有优异的阻燃性能 ,其极限氧指数 (LOT)达 30 .5 %～35 .7% 。

The emulsion was prepared from styrene,methyl methacrylate,ethyl acrylate and butyl acrylate(as monomers for polymerization),as well as some functional monomers,a nanocolloid for fire retardation and a emulsifier etc.The non-woven fabrics made from the emulsion have good fire retardation and synthetical performance,and its limited oxygen index(LOT) is 30.5%～35.7%.
