纺织胶辊抗静电性能的改性研究 被引量:2

摘要 将相容性极好的丁腈橡胶(NBR-26)和聚氯乙烯(PVC_(SG-3))在纺织胶辊中并用,同时加入高结构炭黑作为导电填料。通过对比试验和性能测试,确定了胶辊料的最佳配方。用该配方生产的胶辊的抗静电性优异、持久,物理机械性能特别是抗臭氧龟裂性提高,成本下降。实际投产后将获得很好的经济效益和社会效益。 NBR - 26 and PVCSG - 3 with very good miscibility were incorporated in textile rubber rolls and the carbon black with high structure was used as conductive filler. By contrast experiments and properties tests, the optimum composition of the textile rubber roll material was determined. For the textile rubber roll produced from the optimum composition, the static electricity resistance was lasting and excellent, the physical mechanical properties, especially ozone fissure resistance , were improved, and the cost was reduced. Good economical benefit and social benefit would be obtained after this textile rubber roll is put into production.
