几种皮肤美白剂的功效评价

Effect assessment of several skin lighteners

为评价常用皮肤美白剂的美白效果 ,我们采用B -16黑色素瘤细胞株为受试细胞 ,对熊果苷、曲酸、甘草提取物和Vc衍生物等 4种常用皮肤美白剂的功效进行测定。结果显示 :4种美白剂 (10 μg/mL ,3 0 μg/mL ,5 0 μg/mL ,70 μg/mL ,10 0 μg/mL)可明显抑制细胞生长 (P <0 0 1) ,使黑色素细胞中黑色素含量明显降低 (P <0 0 1) ,改变细胞形态 ,但对细胞中酪氨酸酶活性抑制不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。提示 :4种皮肤美白剂均具有一定的美白效果 ,其机制可能与酪氨酸酶活性改变的关系不大。

To assess the effect of several skin lighteners,B-16 melanoma cells were treated with arbutin,kojic acid licorice and ascorbic acid.The results show that after treated with arbutin,kojic acid,licorice and ascorbic acid at doses of 10 μg/mL,30 μg/mL,50 μg/mL,70 μg/mL,100 μg/mL respectively,melanin content increases and total cell number decreses significantly.Morphorlogical changes were observed.The change of activity of tyrosinase is not significant.The results suggest that 4 skin lighteners have certain lightening effects,its mechanism may be not related to inhibition of activity of tyrosinase.We should pay attention to the change of melanin content in assessment of skin lightener.
