摘要
首次以煤基工业废料为原料用固相法 (H2 O和Na2 O的摩尔比低于 0 9)合成了具有圆形晶粒形貌的小晶粒 (1μm)A型沸石分子筛 ,其各项质量指标符合行业标准。并对合成的条件及机理进行讨论 ,提供了固相转化机理在低硅类沸石合成领域的实验佐证 。
The first synthesis of A-zeolite with round shape and micro size(1 μm) from the coal industry waste through the solid-phase synthesis approach is introduced and the condition and mechanism of the reaction are discussed in this paper,in which the experimental proof for the solid-phase transforming mechanism in the synthesis of low-silicate zeoliet and the data for the comprehensive treatment and utilization of the large amount of the industrial waste-coal gangue are presented.
