在 4 5号钢表面化学镀镍磷合金 ,获得含磷 1 0 % (质量分数 )的镍磷合金镀层。比较了其与 2Cr1 3不锈钢的耐磨性及在不同腐蚀介质中的耐蚀性。结果表明 ,含磷1 0 %的镍磷合金层的耐磨、耐蚀性均优于 2Cr1
Electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy deposits with 10 weight percent phosphorus were obtanied. Wear and corrosion resistance of nickel-phosphorus deposits in different corrosive media were compared to those of 2Cr13 stainless steel. The results show that wear and corrosion resistance of electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy deposit with 10 percent phosphorus is better that those of 2Cr13 stainless steel.
