水性带锈涂料的研制

Development of water-born paint for rusted iron and steel surface

研制出一种水性带锈涂料。介绍了涂料的组分及配制方法 ,讨论了转化剂、缓蚀剂和防腐颜料等对涂料除锈、防锈能力的影响。该涂料可将钢铁表面的铁锈转化为成膜物覆盖在钢铁表面 。

A water-born paint for rusted iron and steel surface was developed. Formula and preparation of the paint were introduced in detail. Effect of conversion agent, corrosion inhibitor and antirust pigment on rust removing and preventing properties of the paint was studied. Results show that the paint reacts with rusted iron and steel forming conversion coating on iron and steel surface which has good antirust results.
