摘要 以三氯甲烷作萃取剂 ,PAN作显色剂 ,通过光度法测定镀铜废水中的微量铜。选择了合适的测量波长 ,讨论了酸度、萃取剂用量及振荡时间对萃取率的影响 ,分析了干扰元素的影响及消除。该方法准确度高 ,可测量 0 0 1~ 1 0 0 Micro copper in copper plating effluent was determined by spectrophotometry with chloroform as extracting agent and PAN as chromogenic agent. Measuring wave length was selected, the effect of acidity, amount of extracting agent and oscillating time on extraction rate was studied, effect of interfering elements and elimination thereof were discussed. This method has high accuracy and precision, and is applicable to determination of copper plating effluent with copper content between 0 01~1 00 μg/mL.
