Closed Circulation of Wastewater from Yellow Phosphorus Production

采用中和絮凝沉降工艺处理黄磷生产污水,处理后的污水循环使用。污水循环对黄磷的质量、电炉的产率无不良影响,对设备无腐蚀、结垢性,且对操作环境无明显的不良影响。

Neutralization, flocculation and settling processes were employed to treat yellow phosphorus production wastewater. The treated water was recirculated and there were not any adverse impacts on the quality of yellow phosphorus or yield of electric furnace. Besides, the reused water didn't cause equipment corrosion or fouling and did no harm to the operation environment.
