摘要
对金属切削加工废水的混凝和Fenton试剂作用的最佳条件进行了研究,使用3.0mL/L的FeCl3饱和液和4mg/LPAM混凝,混凝后废水的CODCr由10400mg/L降到1600mg/L,之后在pH2~3,犤Fe2+犦为252mg/L,犤H2O2犦为0.10mol/L条件下氧化处理,废水的CODCr由1600mg/L降到80mg/L,达到排放标准。
Optimal conditions of the treatment of metal-cutting wastewater was studied. First adding 3.0 mL/L saturated FeCl3 and 4 mg/L PAM solutions to the test water at pH=11, CODCr dropped from 10 400 mg/L to 1 600 mg/L. Then Carrying out oxidation with pH=2~3,=252 mg/L, =0.10 mol/L,CODCr was reduced to 80 mg/L, meeting the national wastewater discharge standards.
