摘要
介绍了清华紫光古汉集团衡阳制药厂采用反渗透 (RO) +混床技术改造原全离子交换 (IE)法制水工艺 .两年时间的运行表明 :新工艺的产水潜力增加 ,产品水质改善 ;年节约酸碱5 2 2t(计 4 1.76万元 ) ,年节约IE树脂 4t(计 7.32万元 ) ,不到一年时间即回收全部技改投入资金 。
Reverse osmosis (RO) and ion exchange(IE) process is used instead of former complete IE process in water-supply treatment of Hengyang Pharmaceutical Factory,Guhan Group of Tsinghua Ziguang.The operation result of the new process in the past two years showed that its output capacity increased,product quality turned higher,and it saved 522 t acid and alkali(equals to RMB 417 600 yuan),4 t IE resin(equals to RMB 73 200 yuan)every year.It recoveried all investment of the technological transformation within less than 1 year,and also supplied some drinking pure water.
