福建柘荣龙溪二级电站的计算机监控系统

THE COMPUTER MONITORING & CONTROL SYSTEM OF ZHERONG SECOND-CASCADE HYDROPOWER STATION IN FUJIAN

福建省柘荣龙溪二级电站采用以计算机监控为主、常规控制为辅的分层分布式监控系统。主控层在中控室设置微机监控台 ,对 2台水轮机组和公共设备进行集中控制 ;现场控制层对机组及设备进行控制。阐述了计算机监控系统的系统结构、配置、主要功能 ,并提出了需要进一步开发和完善的问题。

The computer monitoring & control system of Zherong second cascade hydropower station is a distributed monitoring & control system with the computer monitoring & control as the main and the routine control as the auxiliary part. The computer console of the main layer in the central control room is used to control two hydro turbines and public equipment, and the field control layer controls the generator set and equipment. This paper discusses the structure, configuration, and main functions of the system. Possible improvements are also proposed.
