Determination on Settlement Population for Production of Reservoir Immigration

移民安置是水库淹没处理工作的核心 ,而安置人口的确定又是移民安置规划的基础 ,本文从移民工作的实践出发 ,在总结多年水库移民工作实践的基础上 ,对水库淹没及移民安置规划中 ,涉及到农村生产安置人口的计算提出新的看法 ,目的在于使移民安置规划更科学合理 ,使移民理论与实际结合的更加紧密 ,从而推进移民安置工作的顺利发展。

In this paper, the new viewpoint on calculating the settlement population for agricultural and other production of reservoir immigration is given based upon the experiences of over-year settlement of reservoir immigration in order to make the settlement plan more rational,and to make the theory and practice of the settlement more closely combined, thus to promote the smooth development of the settlement work of immigration.
