由聚乙烯醇纤维研制碳纤维

摘要 用聚乙烯醇纤维为原料,以(NH_4)_2SO_4/(NH_4)_2HPO_4为脱水剂,采用空气脱水和空气/HCl脱水两种方法,然后在高纯氮和高纯氮/HCl气氛下进行高温碳化,以得到收率高、力学性能好的碳纤维。结果表明:聚乙烯醇纤维以(NH_4)_2SO_4/(NH_4)_2HPO_4为脱水剂,在空气/HCl气氛中脱水预氧化,再在含HCl的高纯氮中碳化,得到碳化收率为40%,抗拉强度为815MPa的碳纤维。 In this paper, polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVAF) was used as a precusor to try to get a good mechanical properties carboc fiber (CF) with high yield. The processing technology was started by impregnation with the dehydrotor of (NH4)2 SO4/(NH4)2HPO4, Subsequently heat-treated under air and air/HCl (dehyjrat ion-preoxidat ion) , and finally followed by carbonization under N2 and N2/HC1, The result shows that, selecting (NH4)2SO4/(NH4)2HPO4 as dehydrotor, using air/HCl as preoxidation atmosphere and N2/HC1 as carbonization atmosphere, the PVA based CF possessing tenjsile strength of 815MPa with yield of 41% has been made.
