摘要
万家寨水利枢纽大坝接缝灌浆系统采用预埋管路和出浆盒方式。工程质量控制主要包括灌前的开灌条件控制和灌浆过程的质量控制的两部分。坝体接缝灌浆共设277个灌区,灌区合格率89.9%,灌浆工程质量合格,并且无遗留问题。
A method of embedded pipe and outlet box was adopted in the joint grouting system of Wanjiazhaidam. The project quality control mainly includes the conditions opening grouting before construction and thegrouting process. There are 277 joints grouting in the dam. The acceptance ratio of grouting works qualityachieves 89% and without any questions left over.
