摘要
将主要控制水库上游流域内所有的水利工程(以下简称水库群)模拟为一座确定位置的虚拟水库,由水库群相关特征数据求出虚拟水库的各特征值。通过流域调查及流域产汇流状况分析,在主控水库原预报结果的基础上,对虚拟水库的调节进行定性分析,最终求得在考虑上游水利工程影响情况下的主控水库入库洪水预报过程。
All hydroprojects in the upstream basin of the main control reservoir are simulated as a fictitiousreservoir taken on certain position. The characteristics of the fictitious reservoir are obtained by the character datacorrelating with these hydroprojects. Through the basin investigation and the analysis of the runoff generation andflow concentration, the qualitative analysis of the fictitious reservoir adjustment function is made based on theforecast of the main control reservoir. Then the flood hydrograph of main control reservoir inflow is forecastedunder the influences of upstream hydroprojects were considered.
