摘要 随着我国石油化学工业的迅速发展,碳石墨机械密封的应用范围日趋广泛,传统的碳石墨浸渍有机高分子树脂,虽然具有较好的密封性能,但因使用温度低而受到限制:用浸渍金属的办法能提高使用温度,但投资大、设备复杂、成本高。这里叙述的是用无机高分子材料浸渍碳石墨制品,试验证明其特点是在高温下具有良好的密封性、摩擦系数小、成本低廉,作为高温密封材料,有着广泛的前途。 Field of application of carbon-graphite mechanical seal matrial is becoming increasingly wide, with the rapid development of petrochemical industry in China. In general,carbon-graphite material is impregnated with organic polymer resin. The material exhibits better seal ability, but the appl ication of thevmaterial is limited at high temperature The operating temperature of the material can be increased by carbon graphite material impregnated with metal, but the method required a large investment, complex equipment and expensive cost. Described herein is the carbon-graphite products impregnated with inorganic polymer material which are characterized by possessing good seal abilty, lower friction coefficient at high temperature, lower costs and have broadrprospects as high temperature seal material.
