Causes and Prevention of Cracking in High Strength Concrete in Xiaolangdi Project

小浪底泄洪工程中采用了抗空蚀、耐磨性能好的 70MPa高强度等级C70硅粉混凝土 .文章结合小浪底泄洪工程实际对大体积、70MPa高强度等级混凝土早期和后期施工裂缝产生的原因及防治进行了探讨 ,并介绍了两种工艺成熟的裂缝处理方法

A kind of high strength silica fume concrete C70, which is of good cavitation resistance and abrasion resistance, is used in the Xiaolangdi flood discharge project. In combination with practice, a discussion is made on the causes and prevention of cracking in high strength (70MPa) mass concrete during early and later period of construction. Two methods for crack treatment are introduced, i.e. epoxy resin injection and extra fineness cement grouting.
