用γ射线照射孢子悬浮液验证兰花菇单孢子的单倍植

摘要 兰花菇(Volveriella Vovacea)是中国和东南亚各国最重要的栽培食用菌,为了改良菌种,对其生活周期等方面曾作了比较全面的研究,取得了很大进展,通过对兰花菇细胞学的研究,发现它是单核的(Chang和Chu 1969,Chang和ling 1970).本文用另一种方法对兰花菇担孢子的细胞核进行研究,并用γ射线对此单核孢子的倍性进行测定. Much heabway has been made in the study of Volvenella Volvacca, a widelycultivated fungus in China and the Countries in South-east Assia, for example, its life cycle and so on. In the process, it has also been found to be monocyte (according to chang and chu, 1969; chang and ling, 1970). This paper deals with the nucleus of the basidospore of Volvene-la Volvacca while gamma radiation method is used to test the haploidy of the mononuclear Spore.
